This is us..

Barker Old Boys Rugby Union Football Club (BOBRUFC) was established in 1968 by three former students, Guy Shepperd (1962), Lindsay Allen (1965), and Bill Cayzer (1965), with the sole purpose of continuing to play and enjoy rugby with their schoolmates.

With assistance from the Old Barker Association, the club has evolved to achieve fifteen Suburban Rugby Club Grade Premierships, while also boasting over thirty NSW suburban representative players since the inauguration. However, one of the club’s most proud statistics is the high percentage of both non-Old Barker and female members now involved with the club.

Old Barker Rugby is a not-for-profit community organisation and holds a number of home games to raise monies with a charitable focus, relevant to our community.
