Clubhouse Upgrade
Old Barker Rugby Club has been awarded a grant from the NSW Office of Sport under their Greater Sydney Sports Facility Fund. The Grant will fund a major building upgrade of The Pavilion at our home ground, Turramurra Memorial Park, to deliver necessary amenities, including new change-rooms, showers and toilets (where no female facilities presently exist) making involvement in community sport more accessible for everyone, especially females playing in local community teams and activities including rugby union, sevens rugby, rugby league, outdoor fitness, athletics and cricket. We are grateful for the support from NSW Office of Sport, Ku-ring-gai Council and our local member Alister Henskens SC MP for this fabulous community project.
